Clear Creek Property Ventures LLC is a real estate investment, renovation and remodeling company that provides top quality, professional services to our customers. While our emphasis is on basement, kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects, we do work on all kinds of different projects of virtually any size depending upon your needs.

Chuck spent over 20 years building a successful environmental construction company as a field person, Project Manager and Vice President. Looking for a change and and to ensure a company with a focus on honesty and integrity, he joined with his son, Lucas, to start a renovation and remodeling company that focuses on honesty, integrity, quality workmanship, and the finest materials to fit each customers budget.

Lucas began in the environmental construction field as a Laborer and eventually a Field Supervisor. After 7 years, he decided to put the skills he learned to better use in the renovating and remodeling industry and in 2015, started Clear Creek Property Ventures LLC with his father. As a Wisconsin Dwelling Contractor Qualifier license holder, Lucas prides himself on his attention to detail and often challenges himself to expand his skillset with new and exciting projects. His favorite projects to work on are rough and finish carpentry and tile setting, just to name a few. Lucas firmly believes in putting his full heart and soul into every project he works on and it shows!
