WHOLE HOME UPDATES INCLUDING A BACKYARD GAZEBO IN COLGATE
This couple came to us looking for a lot of different updates to their home in Richfield, Wisconsin. They have owned the home for over 20 years and were ready for some updates.
PROJECTS PERFORMED:
1. Two Gazebos Assembled and Installed
First, and foremost, the homeowners wanted two gazebos that were purchased from Sam’s Club assembled and installed in two different locations around their home. We dug and poured cement footings for each of the columns for stability and assembled each gazebo’s wooden frame and metal roof.
2. French Door Installation
We removed the existing aluminum patio door and found some rotted wood around the base of the door. We then installed the new Andersen double French door and replaced the exterior brick moulding and the interior moulding as well. We prepped the door for the home owner to stain it once it was completely installed.
3. Storm Door Installation
We replaced the existing storm door and replaced it with a new Larsen storm door. Also replaced the existing trim around the door with new brick moulding.
4. Exterior House Painting
We painted the entire house including the shutters and gutters/downspouts according to the choices of the home owner.
